Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Trinity Elevation Group website and the arrangement of charter flights through us. By using this website or requesting a flight, you agree to these terms.

Our role as a broker

Trinity Elevation Group is an air charter broker. We arrange private flights that are operated by third-party air carriers certificated under FAA Part 135. Trinity is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. The operating carrier has full operational control of each flight, including all decisions relating to safety and the conduct of the flight.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on information you provide and on aircraft availability at the time, and they are not confirmed until you approve an option and a booking is issued in writing. Prices, availability, and aircraft are subject to change until confirmed.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation terms, and any change fees are set out in the booking documents for your specific trip and follow the operating carrier’s conditions. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before you confirm.

Safety and operators

We arrange flights only on operators certificated under FAA Part 135 and confirm each operator’s certificate, insurance, and safety standing before departure. Responsibility for the operation and safety of each flight rests with the operating carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trinity’s responsibility is limited to arranging the charter with a suitable operator. Trinity is not liable for the acts or omissions of the operating carrier or other third parties.
